The training course takes place over 3 days, for a total of 24 hours. Day 1 (Monday): welcome from 8:30 am, course starts at 9:00 am, ends at 6:00 pm. Days 2 & 3: from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Each day includes a one-hour lunch break (12:30 pm – 1:30 pm)

An immersive course designed to push the boundaries of artistic sugar work. Led by MOF Pierre-Henri Roullard, this training explores blown and pulled sugar techniques through a creative theme inspired by nature.
• Craft signature sugar flowers and expressive natural shapes, • Build complex volumes with structure and elegance, • Master key sugar artistry gestures (pulling, blowing, bubbling…), • Manage time, temperature and assembly constraints, • Refine your creative vision for competitions or exceptional display pieces. A course where technical rigour meets artistic freedom, to bring spectacular sugar creations to life.
